The dog days of summer in Zhejiang, with the temperature continues to soar, witnesses the increasing of temperature to as high as 37℃ recently. While during this peak production period at Fangzheng, workers stick to their posts in workshop as hot as sauna room to guarantee product production.

Scene 1: A test in “sauna room”

14 August 13:30PM Temperature in the workshop of plastic blow mould business division is much more higher than the reported 36.8℃, people called it sauna room jokingly. Tongman Chen Haitao is checking processed mould, his work suit is drenched by sweat, beads of sweat are rolling down on his face like rain, but this by no means impacts the passion of him and his coworkers. They are cleaning, wielding and performing other processes orderly and intently as usual.

Different from those operators, there are a group of QCs who walk back and forth in workshop to supervise production line to ensure product quality. They check process parameters, look over site operation and provide real-time technical support. You can see them wearing wet clothes, even the site visit registers in their hands are wet as well.

15 August 14:00PM This is the hottest time of a day with thermometer reads 37℃. A young man is unpacking outer packaging of raw materials in workshop. Drops of sweat are rolling down through his hair, some into his eyes because he is too busy to sweep them.

There are still many other skilled workers in Fangzheng including wielders from plastic blow business division, tongmans from precision mould business division and warehouse manager. They are common in appearance but excellent in skills and they are who shaping the bright future of Fangzheng with sweat and passion.
