R&D persons are the source of innovation. Leading by strong R&D team, science and technology projects of Fangzheng have outstanding achievements, which make the company being recognized as national key company of large injection and blow mould, member of standing committee of China Die & Mould Industry Association, and its technology center is recognized as Zhejiang Engineering Technology Center and Corporate Research Institute of Ningbo.

German technology R&D center

In the early stage, the center participates in product design and availability analysis; in the middle stage, mould structure review and approval; and in the later stage, it provides technology support for production and maintain and bridge Europe customer and headquarters in communication.
Pre-analysis team

The pre-analysis team participates in and supports product design, conduct availability analysis and mould structure to resolve problems in early stage to save time and cost and to improve quality for mould design and production.
Mould procedure analysis team

In the early stage, we stimulate parameters of product production process based on 3D product data and mould structure data to provide practical and available parameter for mould production so as to improve efficiency and reduce adjustment. Meanwhile, we summarize and optimize mould procedure parameters based in site performance to output process report aiming to meet practical production needs.
3D design team

We design mould structure data and keep improving it during site processing and adjustment it based on 3D product data provided by customer aiming to deliver product of higher quality, better craft and stronger structure.
2D design team

Providing clear and high-quality 2D machining drawings for on-site processing, providing dimensional and dimensional tolerance drawings for quality and process quantification of production and inspection, ordering standard parts that meet product standards, and ultimately providing customers with detailed and complete migration data.
